A deep clean covers everything in a standard clean and adds the detail work that builds up over time: baseboards, door frames and handles, light switches, vents, window sills, behind and under reachable furniture, edge work on floors, and soap scum and limescale in bathrooms.

Done in an empty home: inside cabinets, drawers and closets, appliance interiors where requested, all bathroom and kitchen surfaces, baseboards and door frames, floors edge to edge, and fixtures polished so the place is ready for handover or your first night.

Yes. Office and commercial cleaning is quoted per space based on size, layout and how often you need us — get in touch and we'll build a schedule that fits your hours.

We don't do exterior windows, heavy mould remediation, pest issues, hoarding cleanup, carpet steam-cleaning, or anything requiring ladders beyond a two-step. Wall washing, inside the fridge or oven, interior windows and similar extras are available as add-ons.

Yes — we arrive with everything needed. If you'd prefer we use your own products (for allergies, finishes or pets), just leave them out and let us know in your booking notes.

Build an estimate on the pricing page, then send the booking request form with your address, preferred date and time window. We reply to confirm your appointment and the final price.

It's an accurate estimate based on your bedroom and bathroom count plus any add-ons. We confirm the exact price before your first clean — if your home needs more time than expected, we tell you before starting, never after.

All quadrants of Calgary — NW, NE, SW, SE and Downtown / Beltline — plus Kamloops, British Columbia and surrounding neighbourhoods. Cleaning hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day, including weekends. If you're just outside, ask — we'll let you know honestly whether we can reach you.

No. Most clients give us access instructions — a lockbox code, a key, or a building buzzer — in the booking notes. You're welcome to be home if you prefer.

Payment is due after the clean is complete, by e-transfer or card. Recurring clients are invoiced per visit. All prices are before GST.

A few days is usually enough for a standard clean; deep and move-out cleans book up faster, so a week or more of notice helps. Weekends fill first.

Reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours, or if we can't get into the home on arrival, a partial visit fee applies to cover the booked time.

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and put right anything we missed, at no extra cost. We'd rather fix it than have you live with it.

No contracts. Recurring discounts of 8% monthly, 12% every two weeks and 15% weekly apply for as long as you keep the schedule, and you can pause or stop any time.

Carefully selected cleaning professionals who work with us regularly. Wherever scheduling allows, we send the same person or team to your home so they learn how you like things done.

Pets are welcome — just note them in your booking so we come prepared. Homes with pets include a small add-on for the extra fur and dander work.

Access details are shared only with the cleaner assigned to your visit and are never stored in plain view. We don't move personal documents, valuables or electronics beyond light dusting.
