How much is house cleaning in Kamloops?
Standard cleaning starts at $149 for one bedroom, one full bathroom and under 2,000 sq ft. Your bedrooms, full and half baths, size and add-ons determine your flat estimate. Prices before tax.
When will you need photos?
Deep and move-in/out cleans, homes of 2,500 sq ft or more, and homes with heavy build-up or not professionally cleaned in over a year need photos or a quick video call. Homes of 3,000 sq ft or more need photos and a custom quote.
How do recurring prices work?
Your first visit is full price. From the second visit, the chosen recurring discount applies to the standard cleaning portion only, not add-ons or deep/move-in-out packages.
What hours can I request?
We clean 7:00 AM–11:00 PM every day, including weekends. Your requested date and time are confirmed before the visit.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Do you clean student rentals and do move-out cleans in Kamloops?
Yes. Move-out cleans are done in an empty home with a written scope for your landlord or handover. Ask us if you need several units cleaned back to back.
Do you clean offices and small businesses?
Yes. Office and retail cleaning is quoted per space as a custom flat quote, with after-hours visits until 11:00 PM.
Do you clean after wildfire smoke or heavy dust?
Yes. A deep clean covers windowsills, baseboards, vents and floors where fine dust settles.
Do you do window cleaning?
Interior windows and tracks are an add-on. Exterior window cleaning is quoted separately on request for ground-floor and easy-reach windows.
